Transition plans in the banking sector: taking a closer look at the amendments to the CRD Directive

During the webinar, the panel of high-level experts will address which aspects need to be taken into account to ensure that the ambitious goals of the amendments to the CRD can actually be achieved. The panel will zoom in on the main issues discussed in the trilogue in April. We will also look at the leeway of the European Banking Authority in the implementation process, and the possible risks and opportunities of its mandate.
